Terms of Use

By using NOVA (novaexec.live) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We'll keep them as plain as possible.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough under your local law to enter into this agreement. You're responsible for following any rules that apply to you, including the terms of services NOVA links to or interacts with — most notably Roblox's terms of service.

2. Your account

• Keep your password secure. Anything done under your account is treated as done by you.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time — see the privacy policy.

3. Content you publish

You keep ownership of the scripts, descriptions, comments, and cover images you upload. By posting them, you grant NOVA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them on the site so other users can browse, download, and run them. This licence ends when you delete the content.

Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

The following are not allowed and may result in content removal or an account ban:

• Malware, droppers, keyloggers, miners, ransomware, or any code intended to damage or surveil the user running it.
• Sexually explicit, violent-extremist, or hateful content.
• Targeted harassment of other users, including in comments.
• Spam, scraping the catalog at high rates, or attempts to overwhelm the service.
• Attempts to bypass authentication, row-level security, or rate limits.
• Doxxing, leaking another person's private information, or using NOVA to coordinate the same.

5. About scripts on NOVA

NOVA does not author, endorse, or certify the safety of any community-uploaded script. The "verified" badge means a moderator inspected the script at one moment in time, not that it will remain safe forever.

6. Moderation

We may, at our discretion, remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access to the service for any reason — most often because of a violation above, a credible safety report, or a takedown notice (see our DMCA page).

7. Disclaimers

NOVA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every attack, or that any specific feature will keep working.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, even if we've been told such damages were possible. This includes damages from running scripts found here, lost game accounts, or anti-cheat actions taken against you.

9. Third-party services

NOVA links to and embeds data from external services (e.g. WEAO, Discord, Roblox). Their terms apply when you use those parts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will bump the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use NOVA after a change means you accept the new version.
